I met Peter Rizzon for a quote on yard maintenance on my property for the whole year. He said all the right things and delivered an estimate that was well priced but suspiciously vague. Because of his local business volume I accepted the estimate in a phone call with him on March 24 and we agreed that I would clarify the contract services in an email.
The next day he declined the contract and my email and told me he was too busy to take the deal. I think I called his bluff on a bait and switch agreement. This is not a vendor I would trust.
Services included: spring and fall clean-ups, pruning, fertilization, lawn mowing and weeding.

THIS COMPANY IS PRETTY RELIABLE AND DEPENDABLE. THEY HAVE DONE WHATEVER I'VE ASKED THEM TO DO. THE ONLY BAD EXPERIENCE WAS SEVERAL YEARS AGO: I ASKED THEM TO TRIM THE BUSHES AND THEY CUT EVERYTHING, INCLUDING FLOWERS.
