Neil at AJ's Junk Removal was courteous, professional, responsive, and helpful. He returned our calls very quickly, and always called first thing each morning on the days he came. His price was the lowest and most reasonable of the estimates we received. He carefully and clearly explained exactly how and what he would do on each visit, and he and his helpers were very quick and thorough. We would happily recommend AJ's!

I was referred to AJ's Junk Removal by my handyman. Very smooth operation. I called setup an appointment, provided an overview of my debris. They were very accommodating in working with my schedule and arrived on a Sunday morning. The two men team quickly emptied the garage of the construction debris and loaded up the truck. They were on budget and left nothing behind. I would use AJ's Junk Removal again when necessary.

First of all, he came by on time to provide me with a written estimate. After I gave him the job, I asked that he start early in the morning on the inside of the house and then do the outside (tearing the shed down) in the late morning or afternoon as I did not want to wake the neighbors up. He came and took care of the shed the day before in the afternoon (I did not have to be home) and then came the next day as scheduled for the inside of the house. He telephoned me to confirm as he said he would and he was very punctual and polite. After I received the initial estimate, I had additional junk to be hauled away. I telephoned him, gave him a description of the material, and he provided me with another acceptable quote. He cleaned up junk from three floors (basement, main and 2nd floor plus the garage). I recommend him highly and would definitely use him again!

They were professional, they did not come with major containers, when they left, they retraced their steps to make sure no debry was left behind, they were just amazing.

Work done particularly well with careful attention to avoiding damaging walls, etc.

The contact person's name is Neil Whalen. He did the job in three or four days. He did most of the work himself. He did discarded junk away. There were something's which we wanted to keep, he put them away. He stacked them so that he didn't touch them. It was a very good service for a very good price. He was extremely friendly and professional. I would use them in the future.
