It took approximately 3 days for the work to be completed, and if it weren't for the nasty snowstorm that had occurred the day before they were to start the job, it would have been less time. When the workers were able to plow out of their houses, Rick still made every effort to come over with at least one of his men who lived nearby to start the job. Impressive!!!
The outdoor cameras are Speco night vision cams and require very little light and still provide us with the color images for day and night vision. The cameras are synced with our computer, I-Pad, & I-Phone. The system works with a DVR that is also installed that not only plays live footage but can also be re-winded and viewed. Another great factor is that this security system should reduce your homeowner's insurance payments. Rick also offers a more than fair 3-year parts and labor warranty on all of the materials.
We have not only referred Rick to our friends and family, we are now in the process of speaking to our parish pastor to have our church protected.
We cannot express how very happy we are to have found Rick and 911 Communications. The frustration and length of time over the years in finding someone was getting us frazzled. The job was done to perfection, and as they say, "all good things are worth waiting for".
