The guys came out to do our attic clean out and they made it look so easy. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case because it’s like a small crawl space up there & I commend them for it. They were extremely professional, quick and courteous! We will be referring 1-800-Got-Junk to our friends! Thanks again :)

Everything went smoothly! We filled up 3 trucks with all of our junk. The guys they sent worked non-stop until it was finished. They even sent a third guy to help them get it done quickly.

If I could give them 10 stars I would, Francis and his crew were quick, professional and courteous and really friendly! They got all my junk and were literally in and out, within 30 minutes! You should see these guys work, and the level of professionalism is A++ !!!! Don't waste your time calling anyone else, CALL 1-800-GOT-JUNK !!!!!

Nothing stood out from their service. They showed up, they were professional and did their job. But they were really expensive. It was not a full truck. It was a tiny truck and they went two times. I was disappointed with the service. What they advertised was too different and they charge according to how full was the truck. It was not a flat rate.

They were great!  called yesterday, they came today.  price was great.  They loaded the trash (old furniture, etc.) in 20 minutes and were gone!  Eric, Michael and (i'm sorry, i didn't get his name) were wonderful and so nice.  I would highly recommend this vendor to everyone!

This was a great experience. Went online and scheduled the appointment for the 2-4 time slot the next day (Saturday). Alexis and Jumoke called 30 minutes before 2 to confirm, then called to let me know when they hit traffic, etc. Very communicative, which was awesome.
I explained that the sleeper sofa was leaking rust water and grease onto the carpet that we had just installed in our basement. They were exceptionally careful, laying plastic sheeting down to ensure no more liquid got on the carpet. It was a complicated job, taking about an hour and a half, but they did it perfectly.
Fantastic experience with 1 800 Got Junk - would definitely recommend.

Very fast response to my inquiry - team turned up one day after requesting a quote. On arrival they reviewed the amount of material to remove and estimated the cost based on a transparent volume/weight scale. The two guys we very professional, pleasant, worked quickly and took care loading the truck so it all fit in - the truck was totally full and could easily have needed a return trip without the careful loading. They cleaned up the mess before leaving.
Very happy with the service and would use them again. I gave them an 'A' for cost although based on other calls I made they aren't the cheapest - I felt they offered value for money based on their quick and professional service.

They did a very good job and they were quick. However, they had to use my trashcans which I didn't mind but they didn't put it back. They left it in the street and I specifically asked to have them put it back.

They showed up right on time, I pointed out what had to be moved, and that was the end of my involvement. They were careful, expeditious, and even swept up after they finished. It was a pleasure to do business with them. From start to finish, they were at my house for less than two hours, moving the entire time.

The two young men who came were prompt, courteous, and efficient.

We used them twice and they met our expectations. They showed up when they said they would and worked hard. They filled up the truck and cleared away the stuff. They were very professional and responsive.

The original ask was to dispose an 8 person Jacuzzi however; we found a neighbor on the other side of town who wanted it.
A few days prior we received a phone call from the manager and explained.
He said his men would look at the job and determine if they could, if not we were fine to have the company dispose of the jacuzzie.
The men arrived promptly. They gave us a price quote for disposal and then called and gave their manager the details for the transport.
The cost was less for the transport.
We couldn't get an additional crew down the same day and couldn't find anyone local to do the job. The guys knew we were motivated to get the Jacuzzi out of our yard and were determined to help us that day.
Given the Jacuzzi was for 8 people these 2 gentleman and my husband worked hard to get the thing loaded but eventually did.
These gentleman were also very friendly and we shared some good stories while they were there.
I would definitely use them again.

I scheduled an appointment online the night before I needed service, and they called in the morning asking if I would prefer an earlier time because they are located nearby. Two young men arrived early. I showed them the items I needed removed. They assessed the amount of space the items would take up in the truck and gave a quote. I accepted, and they quickly and carefully carried large, unwieldy items from my 2nd-floor walk-up out to their truck without damaging the walls or stairway. They worked quickly and efficiently on moving some fairly heavy items. Both young men were also very pleasant.

After my initial call, a signifcant amout of more items were added to the take-away list, so I exchanged messages with Rick (?) to advise him of the additional load, in case they needed to bring a larger truck. On 2/19/13 they called an hour ahead to confirm their arrival time. The two 800-got-junk employees arrived on time as promised. They dissembled and removed the trampoline, and also many pieces of unwanted furniture. The foreman was very friendly and professional. The job was done neatly. Both my gf and myself were very happy with this 800-Got-Junk franchise and would use them again.
