hired Floyd on May 19th , gave a $3500.00 deposit ....all summer kept telling me he would be here, never showed up once ...he was hired to install a toilet and a oil fired furnace... he kept giving excuse after excuse on why he did not show up....like I did not know you wanted it installed right away, it is too hot , can I come at night to my truck /van broke down , I got a wound on my leg ...ok fine ... so he said in July , I sent you a certified check , I am not doing the job"waited 3 weeks , still NO CHECK no return calls ...finally , I told him I was calling the police , he was on the other line with Skippack state police while I was trying to file a complaint...they told me he has $1500 that he is putting in my mail box and I will get the$2000 by Thursday Sept 5th...yes I got the checks , but the one was not signed ...he refused to answer call from me and my attorney... this sheep show has been going on since May 19th to know Sept 11....I missed a whole summer with family .

My home warranty company sent Warren to my home to diagnose an ac issue. Warrens diagnosis was that a dirty coil was restricting airflow. He made this diagnosis without fully opening my ac unit or attaching any gauges . He then said he would recommend that my claim be denied due to lack of maintenance and tried to get me to pay him out of pocket to clean the coil on top of the $90 deductible i already paid him. I have now had two other licensed HVAC contractors out who confirmed the coil was completely clean (they took the time to remove the door and actually view the coil) and that I have a failing thermal expansion valve. Do not hire this contractor as he will not give you the time you deserve to fully diagnose your problem. I have never dealt with such a lack of professionalism.

Warren will be the only person I call if I ever have a problem with my oil burner again. Honest and upfront with everything.

Warren was perfessional installing a 40 gallon water heater late Saturday night so we would be able to shower for church the next day. Would highly recommend him.

Warren initially took a deposit of several thousand dollars for a mini split installation in February. After he rescheduled several times over 2 months, I requested my deposit back. Warren refused to transfer the deposit, threatened to tell my township of my use of the house as a rental property (this was something I cleared with the county), and then failed to return my deposit in full. I'm still waiting for $1,000, and will likely be forced to take this to small claims court with the PA Magisterial District. I've also notified my local police, considering his threats. TL;DR: Warren stole my deposit and refused to provide promised service. I've involved the police and am seeking PA Magisterial District court assistance.

From the phone call to the arrival Warren was by far one of the most knowledgeable and highly experienced burner service tech i have dealt with in Pennsylvania we had 2 other times we needed service and neither company could come close to Stress free Home Services he went above and beyond what we had originally called for so with that being said 10 stars is a easy way to sum this up

Warren at stress-free is very good at what he does and is always looking at other things that can improve your house or to save money in the future,

Warren came to our rescue to fix a new gas cooktop that was installed by another contractor who messed up the installation so badly that it didn't work and they couldn't fix it. The other installer left us in an unsafe situation as they knew nothing about installing a gas cooktop for propane gas. Warren knew what he was doing as he asked first do you have natural gas or propane as the configuration is different. He then proceeded to get the burners working perfectly and in a safe manner. Highly recommend. Thanks, Warren !!

Was an emergency leak. Came right out and fixed it quickly. Then found another potential problem and they took care of that also.
