Stem was supposed to have our home on AUTO FILL for propane. They have had us on auto fill for many many years. This year, with record low temperatures, they did not fill us up on schedule based on our propane usage (we added an additional 30K BTU heater that Stem installed) and we ran out resulting in frozen and burst pipes and a lot of water damage to our home. They are an unreliable company and do not take responsibility for their negligence.
We have tried to obtain copies of our propane lease and contract as well. Messages are not returned and office staff seem very unresponsive.
Our family is extremely disappointed in this local company that has served this community for so long.

They are solid, very local, and reliable. They did the service last spring. I have them once a year. They are very good. We had a deal for new install a couple of years ago through them. All their guys were solid, polite, and everything. Probably, it was $160 for the furnace cleaning or something. They are all good across the board.

Their service is excellent. They are extremely prompt and easy to work with. They have a small staff so you are pretty much guaranteed to get to know everybody after you have them out for a job. The quality of their work is excellent. I've had them go out of their way to make the quality better without mentioning a charge for it. On one job they took care of having paint mixed to cover up the paint lines that we didn't even ask them to cover up.

Had a new furnace installed. Would have been completely satisfied but I discoverd about amonth later the A/C unit that is on top of the furnance had a rotted out condenstion tray which resulted the unit draing into my finished basement, and into the furnance. Now, they had to notice this when they reassembled the unit - But, NO ONE SAID ANYHTING. I understrand STEM does not do A/C, but come on. The leaking water could have shorted out the funace's circutry, but I guess that is not something they concern themselves with. Their lack of concern for the customer's well being will prevent me from using them again.
