We had to coordinate Phil with our carpenter and ourselves and with the inspectors. He always showed up on the day we needed him to keep the job moving along. He was polite, neat, professional, and did a fantastic job. Coordinated well with our carpenter. He also helped us fill out the permit forms and helped us make sure our drawings were workable and within code requirements. Sometimes hard to reach, but every time we have called him, he has helped us in a timely way and decent rates. Phil doesn't ever sit around on the job...keeps moving and gets the work done.
