 + 0 moreWe had to coordinate Phil with our carpenter and ourselves and with the inspectors. He always showed up on the day we needed him to keep the job moving along. He was polite, neat, professional, and did a fantastic job. Coordinated well with our carpenter. He also helped us fill out the permit forms and helped us make sure our drawings were workable and within code requirements. Sometimes hard to reach, but every time we have called him, he has helped us in a timely way and decent rates. Phil doesn't ever sit around on the job...keeps moving and gets the work done.
Description of Work: Phil has done various jobs for us. The biggest was running new power lines and updating existing for our kitchen remodel (a few years ago). He had to figure out what all the old lines were connected to (trust me...not in logical order at all) and re-routed some lines so they made sense. Installed rope lighting in upper glass-windowed cabinets and some other quirky items.
