I was very pleased with the service I received from this family-owned business. When making my initial phone inquiry, Debbie answered all of my questions in a cordial and professional manner and provided detailed information about the service and pricing. Owner, Norbert Hirst arrived promptly, discussed the job and provided a comprehensive line item proposal before beginning the work. The carpets in question were stained and soiled. In fact, the children's room carpet had many spots of dry Play Dough, which I was unable to remove, although I had tried many methods. I was amazed that Norbert was able to remove all the Play Dough. The carpets now look new, and definitely clean and fresh. Finally, I was very pleased that Norbert gave me a 10% discount on the entire job because my husband is a volunteer fireman in our community. This discount was not expected.

The workers arrived early to setup in the driveway so they would start on time. The stairs and heavy traffic areas came out great. I had an very good experience with this company and will use them again in the future.

This was a great experience from the phone call to schedule to walking in to a fresh, clean carpet! theKleen and Fresh was familiar with the complex of which my condo is a part of. The owner, Norbert Hirst, met me at the door a few moments early, did a walk through and explained what their procedure was. The condo was empty so it was a fairly quick job but they could get to every area of the rooms, especially the dark lines around the edges known as filtration soil. I felt comfortable enough with them to leave but before I did, Norbert told me to let them know if I noticed any thing they missed and he would come back an take care of it. Stellar professional service!

I was very pleased with this service. It is run by a husband and wife who are both very friendly and professional. Norbert arrived a few minutes early and we went through the whole house together as to what needed to be done. He gave me a quote and then went ahead and did the cleaning. My carpets were badly soiled in spots and all the stains were removed. The carpets dried quickly and there was no smell from the cleaning materials he used. His company also provides window cleaning and power washing which I plan to use.

Norbert and his team were prompt, polite, and very professional. He gave a quote and once I approved it he immediately started work. The work was very carefully done. I was very happy with the results and would definitely use him again.

We just had purchased a home with nearly all carpeting. The owner's wife was very helpful and was flexible when we had to switch the dates due to a closing conflict. The owner showed up with 2 extra guys and got the job done in no time. The cost was very reasonable for the amount of work they had to do. Very professional.

Norbert and his crew did an excellent job of estimating and scheduling, right on time and right on the money. They showed up exactly when they promised to be there.... The work was done quickly and in a very professional manner. The results were excellent!! Long standing stains were removed and the carpets overall look like new... We have our house on the market so this was a major enhancement to its attractiveness! I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone and I will certainly use them again...

It came out clean and did not smell afterwards like cleaning fluid. It was dry in about 4 hours. Very prompt, friendly and were very good about being clean and neat when they were working. Easy to work with as well.

I was very pleased with this experience. I first reached out via Email 6 days ago, after having found this company through an Angie's List search. I was not interested -- especially having read the bad reviews -- in the big corporations, so was intrigued to find this local small business that has grown over the years. I had a reply to my email in about a day (on the weekend) and a follow up phone call during the week with options for appointments this week. I finalized the appointment on Thursday, and he came today (Friday), a little late but they called to tell me which was appreciated. He took care in moving his truck around in our narrow driveway so not to damage any lawn, and put ground protectors down outside to keep from tracking in mud or leaves, as well as towels and mats on the floor inside to protect the flooring. The carpet looks great, and smells good, too (but not sickeningly sweet like some -- just and quot;Kleen and Freshand quot;!!) I plan on having them clean my oriental carpets soon. Thanks!

Great experience overall.....this company completed the job that another company started. The owner came out the same day and completed the job. I was very happy with Norbert's knowledge and professionalism and would definetely call him again in the future.

The stairs were outstanding, however the stains (not major) in the hall and bedroom came back after a few days. They were every prompt and informative. I would use them again, but the price will certainly make me consider it carefully as I'm not sure it's much different than a less expensive company.

From my initial phone call to Kleen and Fresh to writing the check for the services performed, this company is first class. The entire process of making an appointment, explaining the services, what to expect and the approximate cost was excellent. Norbert cleaned my carpet. He showed up on time, was very organized with his equipment and keeping the rest of the house clean from his equipment and gear. I think his wife runs the appointments and she was very helpful and seems to run a very good business from the office. Thats an important part of maintaing happy customers. He explained the products used and printed me out a formal cost estimate before he started. So there were no surprises. I have to say this was a very positive experience for me. I have used other "low budget" carpet cleaners before. While Kleen and Fresh were about 20% higher than what I paid in the past, the depth to which the carpets were cleaned I had not experienced before. The equipment he used is custom built for this application. You should not delay using Kleen and Fresh! I have nothing but positive things to say about them.

We have pets, so even though the carpets were not visibly soiled, we wanted them cleaned just for peace of mind. We also wanted our main TV-watching couch cleaned for the same reason. Kleen and Fresh is very clear about their pricing on their website and we had done our own calculation of the price based on our own measurements. They came and made their own measurements and gave an estimate that was in very good agreement with our calculations. We were very happy with the job they did. They were very thorough and took their time; they did not rush at all and were very professional. They gave special attention to the few spots they found, and they were exceptionally thorough on the couch. As other reviews have said, Kleen and Fresh is a little pricy, but we felt we got what we paid for.

This is the BEST carpet cleaning service we have ever used! All work is done by the owner, who is the ultimate professional. The quality and service simply cannot be beat (and we have tried many competitors). The only disadvantage is price, however beware of rivals that advertise a lower price but then charge extra for every possible side service (getting out spots, etc.). Simply put, these are the folks you want to clean your carpets!

This is a family owned carpet and furniture cleaning business and I heard about them through a friend. I've used their service several times in the past few years. They are excellent and very trustworthy. Norbert does all the cleaning himself. I am extremely pleased with this service and have never felt the need to look for another company.
