Manicures/Nails
Waxing was ok. (Lips and brows). I've been a client here for about 3 years and within the last six months this Spa has continued to slide. Waxing was not as thorough as it use to be.
Pedicure was awful. A few of the very good girls have gone. I only recognized 1 of the 3 or 4 there yesterday. The girl I got was terrible. Her hygiene needs improvement, she was constantly looking down her apron at her phone or yawning and looking around.
I had to tell her twice to cut my toenails shorter. She was very clumsly with her tools and overall I don't believe she should be working in that capacity.
I've been disappointed in different areas for awhile. Yesterday was the last straw.
