We’ve been using them for years. They're very thorough and they're willing to take off their shoes when they come into the house. My wife is a stickler when it comes to that stuff. They're very neat and clean.

I was very happy with them. They came on time. They replaced everything they promised to replace. It was cheaper than any other place that I used before.

The workers were on time and were always courteous, friendly, professional, and more importantly, very knowledgeable. They took every precaution in not making a mess while taking out my old equipment and installing the new 4 ton two-stage compressor, variable speed air handler and electronic zoning (ComfortNet). The whole operation took 2 days and they left my house spotless. The unit performs as expected, and keeps the house cooler than my previous separate two 2 1/2 ton compressors/air handlers. The crew worked well together and I still cannot believe they were going to be able to complete this job in two days and not ruin the stair runner rug. They even wore hospital shoe covers when entering my house. I cannot even begin to tell you how grateful I am on how they were able to accomplish all of the required work within two days. They took away all the stress that I was feeling after I realized that I needed to replace both AC cooling systems. The price to complete the job was great and the workers are the best AC technicians I have seen. I have seen quite a few AC technicians from my warranty company as things started to fail. One Hour answered all of my questions, even some of the stupid ones that I asked.. I was very impressed with the team and their Quality of work. You do not find that kind of dedication nowadays. One Hour is now my new AC Heating support team and I will recommend them to anyone that has an AC or Heating Problem.

Superb. Ken arrived to discuss my interest in a dehumidifier to add to my central A/C. I knew I wanted an Aprilaire unit because we already had an item from them (installed by One Hour). Ken carefully reviewed and inspected the current installation (which they had installed a few years ago). The next day, I was provided with a written, detailed proposal. I already had a prior estimate in hand, and I knew the quality of their prior work, so there was no hesitation in just saying: Go!
The install took the better part of a day and there were no problems at all. Now, I can control the humidity level in my home, independent of the A/C.
Ken Kruis and Kenny Ram are great to work with and knowledgable about their products. I get the sense that the installers (we had Larry) are happy with their work, and it shows in the pride they have in the result.
If you can't guess, I liked them very much and will use them again in the future if I need to.

They are great. I have been using them for years. They installed my heating and A/C unit originally. They come twice a year to check the system to make sure it is running properly. They are fantastic. They make any repairs for me as needed. I would highly recommend them.

They installed my heating and A/C unit a while back. I have been using them for years. With my unit being under warranty, they come check on it twice a year. Their service is fantastic as far as I am concerned. They are not cheap, but who is. They also were not the most expensive though. They do great work and that's what matters.

My A/C quit working over a holiday weekend. As this company offers 24/7 service, I called them to make an appointment. The person answering the call sounded like she was working at an answering service, and was in a hurry to get off the phone. No one associated with the company ever called me back. It would have been helpful if they had called to say they would not be able to help me if not to make an appointment. I decided that this lack of professionalism was unacceptable and made other arrangements.

They are a local company. They have been very responsive whenever I have needed them. They stick to their name and always get out within an hour. They come right out for the service and do the servicing very promptly. There was an experience a while ago when I had a problem on Christmas and they came out that day to fix everything for me. On the sales slip they have four categories showing how their costs are delineated, so that there cannot be a question about how the charges are made up.

Overall a very good experience, but the overall very positive ratings there were what gave me confidence to call them). The (or one of the) owner came to diagnose the problem since it happens but is not overly common, and I spent the hour with him filling him in on my diagnosis and troubleshooting and also gaining his thoughts on what was wrong and what the best approach would be to fix it. His knowledge was good, he was quite professional and I felt his proposed solution was the right one - he was not making up work just to keep busy but was proposing what he felt was the most appropriate solution for me (and as you can tell from the price it was not an exorbitant fix). We agreed on the price and scope of work at that time. The guy who arrived to do the work was punctual, professional, I felt comfortable with him in my house, and the work was performed professionally and he cleaned up completely when he was done. At one point in the project there was one 'extra' piece of work that was needed, and since the owner committed to do it that way, the work was done that way, even though it could have been done a little more simply and at a slightly lower cost to the company, but the owner wanted to stand by his estimate and approach. The work was workman like throughout (although I am quite picky and they could have earned an A+ by doing two things ever so slightly differently, but these are purely cosmetic and to be honest for a heating system in a room in the basement it actually doesn't matter). Overall a good experience and I will call these guys for my next heating project.
