It really isn't even about the coat itself, I am more unhappy with their lack of service and for not trying to come up with a solution with me. I got a strong impression that this is not an isolated case. I will use them for basic dry cleaning but not for more expensive items.
Description of Work: On a cut and dry basis, they are a good dry cleaning co. But in Jan 2008, they ruined one of my silk coats. I spent 4 months trying to get the owner to return a call and negotiate a solution with me. She has avoided my calls for 4 months. Even after I told her I would report the co to Angie's List and BBB, she still didn't call me back. I've used them for a couple of years and this is the first problem I have run into. I have even posted a positive report about them in the past.
