It has been an ABSOLUTE HORRIFIC NIGHTMARE dealing with Dave Englishman!!! DO NOT BE HIS NEXT VICTIM.DO NOT TRUST HIM. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH HIM AND GIVE HIM A DEPOSIT, HE TRAPS YOU IN THE CONTRACT. He is a liar, deceiver, awful, rude, argumentative, does not return calls, and has no integrity in his work. This is what you get for hiring the cheapest guy. We should have paid extra and retained a legitimate driveway company to do the driveway. We gave him half deposit for the project. He dug up half of our driveway, called the next day, and asked for more money for the dumpster. I rebutted his scam to attempt to lure more money from me. He comes and works for a couple of hours and takes a nap in the truck for two hours. He spread one load of gravel on our driveway, but it is not sufficient. My driveway looks like dirt. I have mentioned this to him several times, but he continued to ignore my concern. I have called him several times to move his outdated backhoe, which has been parked on our driveway for two weeks. Week after week, he said he will move it, but he hasn't. He left me no option but to contact Midland Park police. They said they have had MANY complaints about him. DO NOT USE THIS DECEIVER, DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL MAN!

Retained Englishman Paving to reseal my driveway. Advise mr. Englishman that rain was likely to occur a day and a half after the installation he scheduled. I was advised that extra drying agent would be provided in the mix. I was told not to worry. Sealer was placed on driveway and a day and a half later it rained. Sections of the sealer washed away. Many phone calls have been placed to mr. Englishman to have him come and repair his work. There has been no response. This company and its owner are not worthy of your business.

Dave Englishman came and did the job. His crew left spatters all over the freshly power washed siding. When confronted, he said, "I didn't do it." I told him that he was responsible for his crew, he's the boss. I told him I wanted it cleaned. He said he would take care of it. Bottom line: three days promised, no action. multiple calls, and with the last one, he hung up on me. NEVER again!
