I have been dealing with Dragonetti Plumbing for close to 10 years now and have always been served up quality workmanship and a friendly, professional demeanor. My house is over 100 years old and, trust me, doing anything around here can be an adventure. Dragonetti has done my bathroom renovation, replaced countless old, stuck valves, replaced pipes, installed a gas line for my next stove and keeps my over 40 year old boiler in top shape. Always a fair price too! The office staff is easy to deal with and very prompt with callbacks. Lenny & his crew worked quickly and efficiently to remove and replace the old water heater, and take care of all the necessary duct work and connections. As usual, they were prompt, courteous, responsive, professional and reasonably priced. We have used Dragonetti Plumbing as out 'go to plumber' for over 20 years, and we are very happy with their excellent customer service and quality of work.

Dragonetti Plumbing was quick to respond, and met me at the site.  He was able to shut off the water flow, assess the situation quickly, do a thorough inspection of the two water heaters that were associated with the office (both were in need of replacing due to age and corrosion), and give me an breakdown on what steps we needed to do in order to get the heaters replaced quickly.  Dragonetti Plumbing was great, they kept us up to date on what was going on, helped us with the paperwork needed for permits, and got the water heater replaced in a relatively short period of time.

Considering the mess we had to deal with, it was great to have Dragonetti Plumbing working with us on the plumbing aspect of the situation we had to clean up.  They are reliable, trustworthy, quick in an emergency, and great with follow up.  We have used them for years and they will continue to be our go to plumbing company in the future.

all went perfectly. no surprises. job was scheduled , planned and executed without fault. job was done professionally and clean up after was spotless. recommended a chimney company to inspect the gas exhaust. phone calls and communication were perfect.

It went incredibly well. Their office returned my call very promptly. They arrived when they said they would, replaced the water heater and took away the old one. The basement looked cleaner when they left then when they arrived !

As always, the work on both projects was performed efficiently and was of high quality. Another important aspect of our relationship is their complete professionalism(on site and setting up appointments). Although Dragonetti plumbing is a small business someone (office manager )answers the phone almost 100% of the time . It takes the stress and frustration out of your emergency .
