I had phone conversation with this guy and he said on phone $$$ for the zoning survey for my house. And I gave all my details on phone including my emailID. After all these, someone texts me from this company and was asking about my email ID again. So naturally I got a doubt why are they asking my personal details again since I already told them. And another thing is I didn’t receive my quote through email and the guy called me and started first thing on phone as soon as I said hello…”did you not want to have your survey??? With so rude voice” I was literally shocked and for moment I thought is he doing something free for me? Or am I begger? So I certainly didn’t like the way he was talking and canceled his service. Moreover, he said he gave me something called “Verbal quote” which I never heard for the last 13 years in USA. People go by verbal quote ?? …. Anybody would minimum expect when I answer a phone call they should say atleast who are they right??? Straightway anyone will ask “did you not want to have your survey??? …. I strongly recommend not to take their service if you are expecting customers friendly service providers. Like the way he spoke to me I definitely doubt their service as well… don’t go here…. Any customer from any business deserves a minimum respect….

They were Top Notch! Very straight forward. Spoke with three (3) other providers before making the decision to go with Butler. Also, received positive feedback from attorneys and title people that I had spoke to that had knowledge of Butler and said they are good people and can be trusted. Provided a fair price. Addressed all needs in a timely manner. Took care of my concerns even after the job was done. Not everyone answers your call after the job is done, but Butler did. Returned the call right away and addressed my concerns. I never missed a nights sleep!
