He's familiar with my building - it's an older building. It was useful to have someone who was knowledgeable in older building HVAC systems. It's hit or miss on his scheduling. Typically, I need to follow up with him and call with a reminder prior to our appointment. He is very personable, though!

THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING THEY ARE DOING. I HAVE KNOWN THEM FOR FOUR OR FIVE YEARS AND IF I CALL THEY WILL CALL BACK WITHIN THE HOUR. THEY WILL ALSO SCHEDULE WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. THE THING I REALLY LIKE ABOUT THEM IS THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING.

I CALLED THEM WHEN I REALIZED MY HEATER DIDN'T WORK AND THEY SHOWED UP TO MY HOUSE THE NEXT DAY TO FIX IT FOR ME. THEY COMPLETED THE WORK VERY QUICKLY. IT WAS A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.
