Excellent, company was quick to respond, they filled out all paperwork to be submitted to the town for building permit. Pool was removed in 1 day, hole was filled in 1 day. 2 weeks after dirt settled they came back spread topsoil and seeded entire area with no damage to our property and the grass is growing. would highly recommend them, workmanship is excellent and priced fairly.

Beware!!! I employed All Pool Demotion to demolish an inground pool in my backyard in July 2019. During the sales calls and the demolition, they looked to be very professional. The problem started with filling in the hole. Long story short, I have been having issues since then. Here are my challenges: 1) They don't use good quality dirt. The dirt they used had rock and pebbled which eventually created problems in the yard. 2) The ground was not leveled properly and did not use enough topsoil. So the yard became a muddy puddle and lawn was patchy. Now with each bout of rains more and more rocks are showing up. 3) Messed up my fence when they put it back. 4) They will not respond to emails and voice mails after the contract is signed. The only way to raise your concern is by constantly calling and getting someone on the phone. 4) When you raise concerns, they will put you on schedule months later. I already lost two summers. 5) They will get defensive and argumentative when you raise your concerns. After more than a year of an ordeal, here are the pictures to show the condition of my yard.
Response from ALL POOL DEMOLITION CO

"There are two sides to every story. Mr. [Member Name Removed] says beware, but what he neglects to tell you is that he had [Member Information Removed] Landscaper put [Member Information Removed] patio in that wasn’t dug in, it was 8” higher than the grade of the backyard, and his Landscaper used 6 – 8 yards of our top soil to feather in that patio. Mr. [Member Name Removed] wanted us now to bring in 2 – 3 truckloads of fill to re level the backyard to the patio. What he didn’t realize was that he closed off our access, so now we would have to wheel barrow in the dirt to the backyard across his new patio, which was not in our contract. We also had to supply at our own cost another 4 yards of top soil to get the backyard covered, and that’s where the differences are."

after removal there was a wait time. The job got done and finished before winter . Sometimes its hard to find top soil. Overall very pleased. My grass is beautiful thick and healthy. All areas that were touched by the machines were repaired and grass seed added. GREAT JOB BY ALL.

The pool fill job was done fine and everyone was nice to deal with but we were left with a dirt field with no visible topsoil but many visible rocks of all sizes. This was not noticeable initially as there was a layer of seed and a green fertilizer. After following all the instructions about watering the lawn we had almost no grass at all and a lot of grab grass. The crabgrass was localized to where the clean fill and 'topsoil' were added. There were also plastic bits visible in the yard. We called and complained and send pictures of the terrible state of the lawn. They returned and only raked around some of the rocks and removed the pile of large rocks that we had already taken off the grass. And added some more seeds without adding any additional topsoil. The soil and seeding are not an insignificant cost and our yard is basically a mud pit after it rains.

Ultimately, I did not use All Pool Demolition for my project. That was only because I found a General Contractor who was willing to do both the pool removal and the house addition for a fair price. Had I not found the GC, All Pool Demo was next on the list. I received about 4 estimates for the pool removal work and All Pool was the best priced option out of all of them. They are VERY responsive and very professional. They answered all of my questions, and had the experience to offer suggestions for a lower-priced approach to the project. They are also one of the only companies that I actually received a formal estimate both via email and mail. Which for me, was what helped put them at the top of the list. Many others were too vague in what their total price entailed.

All Pool Demolition is excellent. We wanted our pool removed so we could have more yard for the kids to run and play. We received quotes from companies in the area but we wanted to be sure we knew we were in good hands. We found All Pool who is two hours from us and thankfully travels that far! They came in, got the job done professionally and quickly in two days. Excellent work and I totally recommend. No damage to our concrete driveway at all too. The only minor issue we ran into was getting an exact date in the beginning for the demo but I didn't count that against them as everything else was so smooth. Even with their travel, their quote was comparable to those in the area. We made the right choice. We're waiting for our final after we get the sod down but I can't see anything going wrong at this point.

The entire process was seamless and very professional.  All Pool brought in an excavator and in about 3 hours, the pool was demolished.  The old liner and metal walls of the pool were removed and the concrete walkway was broken up and placed in the hole. The pool pump and filter were also taken away. They left the fence up until the hole could be filled about 10 days later.  Then the fence was removed, the hole was filled with dirt and graded.  Grass was planted on my new yard.
I picked All Pool Demolition because of all the great reviews on Angie's List. I am extremely happy with the results.

We wanted to remove our non-working in-ground pool for some time. We had a few years use out of it, but there was always something wrong with it and it was too costly to maintain. So after a few years getting other home improvement projects done, we finally were able to move forward with removing this eyesore.
All pool demolition is the best at what they do.
Their price was fantastic for the superb job they performed. Every detail and workmanship was spot on. Our pool removal project included a total of three appointments. They were punctual each time and worked diligently in a professional courteous manner. They were also very responsive with correspondence. Their all-inclusive price included a lot, and they never strayed from that price. We feel we received a bargain for what they did, and we didn't have to lift a finger. Our lawn looks beautiful now, and we can enjoy our yard now.
Here's what they performed:
Contacted town and set up permits,
Completely removed all pool parts (pool, liner, filter, etc),
Broke down and removed surrounding fence,
Collected and ver neatly palleted all pavers surrounding pool (this was a job in itself),
Filled hole and surrounding pool area with clean fill,
Seeded and mulched entire area,
Returned and filled any uneven areas and reseeded

We did not use the service, as we did not buy the property.
The proposal was thorough and seemed to be fairly priced - did not compare to any other service, hence an "n/a" price rating. All Pool was very responsive, and very professional. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to remove a pool contact this company.

All Pool did a terrific job and they were absolute professionals throughout the process. Their quote was extremely detailed and explained each step and the payment due at the conclusion of each step (no deposit was required). One of the co-owners was on the job each day. They took care of the permits, coordinated the building inspection, showed up when scheduled and always acted in a professional manner. Most importantly, they charged a competitive price and the quality of the work was outstanding.

They were very thorough. Their prices were good. I had additional services that we didn't know needed to be done, and their additional prices were fair. They completed the job in the amount of time that they said they would. They were very professional.

Sometimes it is more expensive to keep a pool than it would be to remove it so we had it taken out. It is a long process; they have taken out the pool and filled in the hole, but they can’t fix the landscaping until April. They are very professional and they took care of all of the permits. They kept me updated about what was happening and they contacted me if there wasn’t something that needed to be done on my part. They are going to fix our fence but they tied it up in the meantime so that the dog doesn’t get out. Their professionalism, especially the office staff, stood out to me. They don’t really have any competition so I didn’t get an alternate price quote.
