They have high professional and customer relationships. I have used them multiple times and they always solve problems. I will continue to use this company.

They were very good! They were mid-priced (not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive. They were punctual and the owner, Dennis, actually came down himself. They addressed all of the problems. I am very satisfied with the work. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The Rep was confused about the size of the furnace that he wanted me to buy for $23,000, he kept telling me that the furnace was 5 tons and the AC was 5 tons. He had no idea that "tons" refers to AC sizing and Furnaces are rated in BTUs. After checking the measurements, I found that he wanted to sell me an AC 2x's the size of the work sheet he brought. He wanted to overcharge, like contractors are known to do. I have 15 years in the HVAC field and I feel sorry for people who have no idea and just TRUST people like this. Ask questions, search the web for an industry approved load calculation worksheet and double check the calculations. It will take a half hour, but you will have a good idea who is being honest and professional.

Air America A/C & Heating Co. Inc. was terrific. They were very protective of our property. I was impressed that they even wore booties in my home and they knocked rather than rang the doorbell in case we had a sleeping baby. Their response time was fantastic and they came within an hour of us calling.

Extremely professional, friendly, explained everything, came promptly, finished and cleaned up thoroughly. I am extremely pleased. My attic which was a mess of air ducts all over the floor has now twice as much storage space as all the ducts are suspended from the ceiling. Great company!

I have a contract with them. They come when they're called. Neat and professional.

Terrible. The company failed to show up and failed to call to apologize. This is scandalous.

I canceled my appointment, no one is that great that I should wait a MONTH for them.

David Townsend came within the expected time frame. He put on shoe covers at the front door - which I really appreciate. He said it would be fine if I stayed with him while he checked out the furnace in the attic. He took time to explain the critical parts, answer my questions and make recommendations. He found a kink that was obstructing airflow in one of the hot air ducts, and corrected it. He was also very personable and commented that the cleanliness on the inside of my furnace reflects a very clean house - who knew? Within an hour of his departure, there was a follow-up call from the company to see how the job went. Note - it appears that the current name for this company is One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating - address and phone are otherwise the same.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THEIR WORK. THEY MET ALL MY NEEDS. THEY WERE ALSO VERY POLITE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME VERY WELL. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM MANY TIMES.

THIS COMPANY HAS DONE PLENTY OF WORK FOR ME IN THE PAST. THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. WHEN THEY COME INTO THE HOUSE, THEY PUT ON LITTLE BOOTIES, TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY DON'T GET A MESS ON THE FLOOR.

THE COMPANY HAS A VERY GOOD REPUTATION. THE WORK THEY DO IS VERY GOOD. WHEN THEY ARE CALLED TO A SERVICE CALL, THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

THEY COME WHEN WE CALL THEM . THEY ARE EFFICIENT AND ALWAYS CHECK BOTH THE BOILERS AND AIR CONDITIONER. THEY ARE POLITE AND RESPONSIVE. WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR THE LAST 4 YEARS.

THEY CAME ON TIME, DID THE JOB, AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO AFTER LOOKING AT IT. THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB, AND WE RAN ALL SUMMER ON IT. WEVE HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE.

THEY HAD VERY GOOD SERVICES. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH ANY SUGGESTIONS THAT THEY HAVE MADE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR WORK. THEY LEFT NO MESSES BEHIND FOR ME TO CLEAN UP AND THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS VERY WELL.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY PAY GOOD ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND HAVE GREAT PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. THE PRICING IS VERY REASONABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.

I MADE A CALL TO AIR AMERICA, THEY RESPONDED THE NEXT DAY AND BEGAN THE JOB. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND VERY CLEAN WITH THE JOB, WHILE IN MY HOME. IM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB FOR US. THEY LEFT NO MESSES FOR US. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THE COMPLETED THE WORK IN A TIMELY FASHION. THEY PROVIDED A QUOTE AND STAYED WELL WITHIN THE QUOTE, BUT IT WAS JUST A LITTLE HIGH.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY ACTUALLY TOOK LESS TIME THAN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
