We used Trim King for the 2013 and 2014 seasons and were very happy with their service.
We contacted Trim King at the beginning of spring in 2013 and Ed came out and gave us a quote. 
We called up and scheduled them to mow the lawn at regular intervals. The
guys showed up as scheduled and the lawn looked great. We
were very pleased with the results and will be using them again for the
2015 season. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

But they are very poor in responding back for additonal work. Last year I wanted to just do some spring cleaning and apply mulch, it took me 8-10 calls over a month and never heard back to schedule a session, most of bushes had overgrown as they took 2 months to even return my call and schedule the work. Same issue this year I had talked to Ed to schdule a trim and mulch more than a month back. Have not heard back when the task will be completed even after leaving multiple messages. I will not recommend them to anyone who wants things do in a timlely manner.

Not happy with their work. In particular, the trimming. Their guys trim/weed-eat WAY too close to the ground. It looks ridiculous how much further to the ground they trim compared to the lawn mowing. It's killing the grass as the color is now off! VERY disappointed. So, I called and reported it to the owner, Ed Strom. He said he would inform his guys to not do it again. Well, they did it again the very next week!!!
I also requested a quote on getting some trees propped back up after Superstorm Sandy and I have YET to get anything from him. It has now been a MONTH since I first requested it. I asked the guy who mows who said he put us on the schedule for it (when Ed never told us the price) and I called and asked Ed on the phone for the quote a 3rd time to which he just said he hadn't gotten around to getting over to my house. REALLY???

I called Ed after using another landscaping vendor for a number of years and then hiring a local kid for a year.
The first thing of note is that Ed came late in a season when I had to have him cover for a kid that had to go back to school. He gladly took the job and gave me a great price for a few weeks of work. I kept him on for all of last year and would only write a review after seeing his work over time.
I have a big yard and a pool and some pretty big trees in the yard to navigate. Each week Ed's team shows up consistently and always does a great job. His prices are fair and he is usually the person you get when you call them on the phone if you need an extra service or need to change the date of your services.
If you ever encounter any of the workers they are very nice and respectful of you and your property.
I priced things around again this year and Trim King Lawn is very competitive.

I've hired Trim King to mow my lawn each week. They started in late April and having been mowing the lawn each week ever since. They do a great job!!

4/4 I called to ask fro an estimate. Ed (owner) came by that same day to provide an estimate. 4/9 I called to ask them to do the work. 4/11 they called to schedule the work for 4/14. They came by on 4/14 and completed the job. I am very happy with their work.

In spite of excessive hot weather, Ed and his workers did a great job. I appreciated that they cleaned up so well after all that work and the place looks so much better. I certainly would use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

He has been a prince among men especially with the latest onslaught of global warming in December and during this winter. My wife had to get out to work. He came at 7 o’clock in the morning with a bunch of guys and he did the work in about 15 minutes. He did a very effective job. He even cleared the snow off the cars, the driveway and also the steps leading up to the house. He did all that and there was quite a bit of snow and that was around $100. He is punctual and reliable. He has the ability to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Whatever he does is cost effective. The only issue I had with him is when there was a 40 inch snow storm. It was so bad that it was the day after Christmas. He wasn’t able to make it for two days because his workers couldn’t get in and his equipment was all buried. He was really bound himself. The train stopped running and his people couldn’t come into work and they couldn’t drive because there was apocalyptic snow storm. So, he came out about two days later and cleaned out the whole place. We had one of the few driveways and steps in the whole neighborhood that were actually cleaned out. In fact, he even came to plow the roads for the township. So, he is a very efficient guy in terms of getting things done. That is the only problem we ever had with him. However, he did a bang up job when he did show up. We have him on standby. We eliminated all the grass, but we have rocks, stones and plants. So, we are going to have him come out twice a year to spray for weeds.

Time King continues to amaze and please us. They're loyal, reliable and cost effective. In an emergency, they are there and we'll be using them for many years to come!
