Very professional, very nice guy, very accommodating, would not hesitate to use him again. We were very happy with the price and the final work as well.

To start, Steve was professional, punctual and an excellent communicator. He texted each day to ask if we were satisfied with the work and communicate his planned schedule. By contrast, we have been working with another contractor for 8 months on what was supposed to be a 6 week job. Due to our displeasure with the other contractor (who actually performed substantial work on the stairs but failed to offer any feedback regarding improving the noise issue) led us to seek out and engage Steve, even though we were still in the middle of the existing renovation. The stairs came out great, with barely a sound to be heard. As mentioned above, he opened the drywall underneath the stairs and proceeded to glue and shim each step until the noise was gone. Steve performed the work on 3 separate days and at the conclusion of each day left our home clean and free of any type of construction mess; you couldn't even tell that a home improvement project was being performed. Again, a stark contrast to our other contractor experience.
He performed his work and insisted we spend several days to ensure we were satisfied before he came back to finalize the job and close the drywall opening. We were also very comfortable leaving Steve to work in the house when we were not home. Steve not only performed highly professional, excellent work, he also saved us several thousand dollars with his professional advice. We were so pleased with our experience with Steve, we are already trying to engage with him on other projects. Highly recommended professional.

I've had construction work done before and expected pretty much of the same. However, Steve and his crew were punctual and neat well beyond my expectations. I knew what I wanted but couldn't really get a good visual of how it would look but apparently Steve could. He assured me he could give me what I wanted and it would look great. He was so right and I couldn't be happier. There was a lot of work going on and even with all the sanding that needed to be done there was minimal dust. Steve's equipment literally sucked the dust out of the room as they were sanding. He also picked up the paint for me and when I didn't like the color he ran back out and got me what I wanted. I added a few more items to my original list and he took care of them without blinking an eye. There were some electrical issues that needed to be dealt with so he called in a trusted electrician who also turned out to do a great job, was personable, and fairly priced and I would recommend him as well. I have a few more jobs that need to be done and Steve already knows to add them to his list. I will definitely use him again and I would most definitely recommend him to everyone!

I used him because he is a friend of the family and he has done excellent work for us. He kept on schedule and gave us advice on what he thought we could make better. We were all happy with the results. We purchased all the materials and he did all the labor and the installation of the cabinets and everything.

Steve and all his workers were very professional and very thorough with all details, big and small. He was on time everyday and notified us on day to day events, as well as what he needed from us to make the progress as smooth as possible. We were very pleased about how fast he worked, but also with how precise and detail oriented he and his workers were. We would highly recommend him and will have him return when we are ready for the next project.

Job 1: Steve was very thorough and gave us a very clear and accurate estimate. He removed several layers of drywall, he had our shotty electrical work fixed nicely and brought up to code after seeing how poorly done it was after the gutting was done. He installed a header where we had a wall removed and beautifully installed an arch (he recommended a good place to order one from) in it's place. There was a closet with double doors that we had shrunken down to a normal size doorway since we plan to make the closet a half bath eventually. He replaced the door leading into the garage with a new door and leveled out the floor which was very uneven. Where the wall was removed he needed to add in some hardwood flooring which he spent a good amount of time searching for to find a perfect match for our white oak floors. He listened to our concerns and was very flexible with changes we wanted to make. I was very comfortable with him and his team being in my home and would absolutely recommend him to my friends.
Job 2: We had an office built with a raised floor in our basement which looks great. It was a very tight squeeze getting all the drywall down the basement stairs but he and his team brought it down 1 piece at a time to assure none of it got damaged.
All work was completed in a timely manner and with attention to detail. We will definitely be using him for more jobs as we decide to do them!
