We had a refrigerator problem and we used Sears. A very good guy came over to fix it. The refrigerator was loose. It was an excellent service job. He gave me good advice on keeping it repaired. We had this fridge for 16 years. The price was reasonable.

Countertop and Backsplash Service
They misquoted the price and offered a countertop that was no longer available. I sent in the paperwork to cancel the order and received a call from the sales manager who offered a reduced price and offered to do some additional work. The people who came to measure the countertops did an incorrect job. The first countertop that arrived did not fit and was not to size. The 2nd countertop arrived. When they moved the appliances to install the countertop, they ended up putting a long indentation in my laminate flooring (which had just been installed 2 months prior). They did not take responsibility for the indentation in my flooring. I would never use them again. The workers who would come into my home did not have the same instructions that I had given the salesman, so they would leave to check with the boss and then come back to finish the work. They also would be short work materials. It was a constant headache. It took 2 months for them to finally install the countertops. I am done using Sears for any home projects.
