Cooper Woerz Construction

At First Cooper seemed like a nice guy that would take on my project and do a good job. He showed up late for the meeting, but I did not hold that against him. He took with him two different sets of architectural plans to price out my project. Then I never heard from him for over 4 months. He does not return phone calls or texts. He finally called me to meet at my home and again, showed up late, and told me he was passing my project onto his brother, Colin. He said he gave Colin all my paperwork including the plans. I researched Colin and found that he had no license or insurance to work in the state of NJ. I called Colin several times to meet and after blowing me off for 3 meetings leaving me waiting for hours, I fired him and asked for my plans back. It took Colin almost 3 weeks to return one set of plans. This only after a friendly police officer went to a job site and asked him to kindly return the plans to me. I still had one set, my only set of plans from another architect that were not returned. Of course, Colin blames Cooper for their loss and vice versa. After many calls and texts, Cooper texted that he would pay out of pocket to have another set printed out for me. That was over 2 months ago. I have never heard from him again and am out $3500. for the plans. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Dept of Consumer affairs. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN OR HIS BROTHER! CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!

They charged a reasonable amount. They were quite reasonable for Sandy repairs. They did the hurricane repairs and repaired the roof damage.
