When the service Repairman came to assess the problem with my washer all went well. He was very knowledgeable We gave him half off the total cost to order the parts. Told us it would take a week and we were fine with that. After 3 weeks we were told that the manufacturer sent the wrong parts 3 times. In those 3 weeks of waiting it was almost impossible to contact anyone. We left many messages and most were unreturned. We decided to cancel the service and were assured we would get a partial refund within 2 weeks. Well it's about a month later and still no refund. None of our calls or emails have been returned since. We have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and to the New a jersey Office of a Consumer Affairs.
