Appointment was on time, super friendly, did a quick on the fly repair. Told me what can be done to upgrade given a small or medium budget and listened to what I was trying to accomplish. Would highly recommend!

Horrible.. first of all, I paid 19.99 each headset.. I moved to pennsylvania so I called them and said that I needed to purchase two new headsets and I would pick them up when I was down to visit my mom who lives in their town. The day I got there I knew they closed at one, I was about ten mins away so I called them and said im ten mins away but im here from PA and i want to pick up the headphones.. the guy said ok, I arrived at 12:59 and they were gone. My husband and I went around the back and banged on all the doors and noone was there... I was very angry, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called and left a message on their machine about how angry I was... Fast forward a month later, We are getting ready to go to Florida and really need the headphones. I ask my mother to stop by autoworks and pick them up for me, she goes in and they attempt to charge her 45.00 for the headphones I paid 19.99 for!!!!! She said my daughter said they are 19.99 and then they said they are 40.00... she then called me and put me on the phone with the guy and he says 30.00!!! unbelievable.... needless to say you can get them on the internet for yourself for 15.... This place is a joke, their attitude and customer service is horrible and they are obviously trying to rip you off with their price to make themselves a measly couple bucks. They do a mediocre job at best , I would never recommend taking your car there for anything, take your business elsewhere... this place is a joke I hope they shut down and they all have no jobs.
