All Phase had installed the AC unit a couple of years earlier and had done a good job. I called them in the middle of a massive heat wave and they walked me through a few steps to try and fix the problem without them coming out. When that didn't work, they told me that the unit was out of warranty for labor but still in warranty for parts. They said they would call back soon to let me know when they could come out. They called me back in a few minutes and said they would be at my house in less than 2 hours. They actually showed up in about an hour. The technician found the problem in about 5 minutes, and had the faulty part repaired in less than 30 minutes. I could not have been any happier with their responsiveness and professionalism.

I called several local A/C companies to get quotes on replacing an old central A/C unit. John See, the owner of All Phase, was the most attentive in listening to my needs and he advised me on several options I could consider. I had done a fair amount of research before interacting with the many companies I talked to and felt that John See was the most honest in reviewing the cost/benefits of several types of units (he was looking to put the right unit in my house, not sell me the most upscale unit available). After deciding to go ahead with All Phase, John was able to quickly schedule my installation in a week, and as it turned out, the crew was able to come a day early (if I wanted it, which I did). The crew were professional, friendly and hard working. They took care to clean up after the job and to explain the new system to me and answer my many questions. The overall experience was outstanding from start to finish.
