 + -1 moreThey called an hour before arriving. The owner, Robert, and his employee showed up. Very nice guys! They looked over everything and spend about an hour shampooing and hand scrubbing the stains out of my cushions. I have white furniture and 3 little boys under 5 years of age so you can imagine what these cushions go through, but they did a great job! I would highly reccomemd them.
