My housekeeper noticed a leak from the back of my toilet tank. We took a look and discovered that a small tube inside the tank had cracked. I called Mr. Wilson around 11:00 AM on Fri, December 27 -- two days after Christmas. He arrived at my home, explained what had happened, and made the repair all before noon! Mr. Wilson is polite and professional. I will certainly use his services again.

Called in the morning. One of their trucks was in the garage for repairs so they would call as soon as possible. They called about 1 hour later, the truck was out early. Came out within minutes of the call and took a look at the leak. Explained what needed to be done and proceeded to repair. Completed repair within the hour. Explained repair and cleaned up.

They were here about 5 minutes after I had called them. They had replaced the thump pump and had installed another one to drain everything out and make it start working. I think their work was incredible.

It was New Year’s Day, and I called to leave a message thinking there wouldn’t be anybody there. Robert answered the phone, and he said he will come right away. He plugged the hole, and he said that will hold it. He sent his men over on Monday and had the pipe replaced. His price was reasonable. Whenever I call him, he is right here or he sends one of his men over. I call him at 7 in the morning, and they are here at 8 or 9. They have been like that for years.

He has done a lot of work for me. When my basement was flooded, he was here in five minutes. He fixed my old pump and he told me to call him in six hours and he would put in a new one. I called him again and he was here in five minutes and he installed the new pump.
