Remiss in not reviewing sooner. Highly professional. I live in a condo and was having issue with dimensions of outside unit. Victors listened to me and came up with a solution that met code and association requirement. Also listened to me and configured the system to be much more efficient than others I received proposals from. Work was timely and performed professionally. Price was fair for the value received. I will use again.

They did good work, were friendly, and on time.

My home A/C service needs arose from terrible service from another local HVAC service provider. Approx. 3 years ago, i had my home A/C system replaced. The installing company provided a York system, which I later found was part of a bad production run of units. Numerous HVAC professionals had explained that my refrigerant leak was due to defective gear (condensor coil), but I could not get the installing company to fix the problem without charging me HUNDREDS of dollars. I contacted Victor's A/C as they were listed on the York website as an authorized installer. As soon as I mentioned the issue, I was asked for serial number, and all details were confirmed. Victor's A/C immediately scheduled a replacement of the unit using the warranty offered by York, and also applied a labor allowance that York provides for replacement of this unit (another item the original A/C company neglected to mention).Overall, Victors A/C was very willing to help, and was very prompt and professional throughout the process. I was NOT charged a cent, and Victor's has earned themselves a new customer.

Our 20+ year-old air conditioner finally broke in one of those hottest days. It was so bad we had to evacuate to a hotel room. All healing and cooling company must have been crazy busy. We were so desparate for any company who would retrurn our call. Then Victor's was recommended to us by a friend of ours. We were first very impressed by how quickly they called back and how pleasant they were. This was 5:00 or 6:00 in the evening. And instead of making a trip to access the problem and come back, we exchanged information over the phone and fax, and they were at our door next morning with the new air conditioner they had in stock. We weree so impressed by their responsiveness and pleasant and professional attitude of everyone who works there. It looked like it was campany policy for the guys to always pick up the phone from the dispatcher. So they would always call you right back and give you an anwer. They installed new airconditioner and furnace over 3 days. I waited for one year to write a review so I know the quality of their work. So far, no problem what so ever. And our electric bill is so much less.

THEY CAME OUT AND PUT IN ONE BOILER AND IT WAS NOT ENOUGH FOR MY HOUSE SO THEY PUT IN A TWIN BOILER AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE AND THEY ARE ALWAYS DOING WHAT EVER IT TAKES TO KEEP ME SATISFIED.

THEY WERE EASY TO CONTACT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM OUT TO MY FRIENDS. THEY LEFT NO MESSES FOR US TO HAVE TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEM. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
