+ -1 moreContacted Ned in the morning and explained that my A/C was blowing out hot air and I needed someone to take a look at the system to determine why. Ned was extremely pleasant and told me he had a few other jobs to complete that day but would be able to stop by later in the afternoon... sure enough Ned arrived around 2:30-3:00 and went straight to work. He determined the system had no freon and found a small leak in the unit in my basement. Ned make the repairs quickly and within an hour my A/C was up and running again !! I will definitely use Ned again for my furnance servicing in the fall.
