We hired Bres-Core to replace our furnace and air conditioning. One of the owners, Jim Breslin, came to provide the estimate and was very diligent about understanding the job and reviewing what needed to be done. Although we obtained four quotes, we selected Bres-Core for two reasons: the first was that one of the owners would be onsite to hands on supervise the work being done, and the second was that they seemed the most detailed about the scope of the job so there would not be any surprises. The installation only took one day and the crew was punctual, professional and did an excellent job. Both owners were present and took care of the installation. We would hire them again for any job and plan to use them for annual maintenance. Highly recommend!

Perfect, they always answer the phone (even on weekends or after hours) and show up on time when they say they will be there. Would 100% recommend.

I spoke to Kyle to get an estimate and was happy with our conversations and would have gone with this company but there was a limitation on my furnace that made using American Standard not feasible.  I will consider them next time I have an HVAC need.

Really really well. Kyle and Mike are two competent professionals - whose caring expertise sets them apart. If you're reading reviews about other AC/Heating suppliers - I suggest you stop here and just call these guys. You won't be sorry!

Kyle initially responded my request for the replacement estimate. He cautiously examined the unit, and advised for a repair from the original manufacturer if possible. I followed through with some additional cost, and determined the replacement was the best way to proceed. Jimmy then showed up and covered the scope and estimate. The estimate was reasonable. Most importantly, they were trustworthy and I felt comfortable through out the process. 
Both Jimmy and Kyle are honest and professional. They were responsive for the calls and puncture on timing. The job was nicely done, including the clean up. I definitely will recommend them for references.

Jim came to my home within 24 hours to fix my air conditioning issue.  He was very polite, professional and I'd recommend this company to everyone.

The owners of the business did the install and were the consummate professionals.  They did a great job and went over the care instructions patiently  after a long day of work.  My basement was left clean and the heat is working great!

Heating was not working properly.  Furnace would come on and the fire would just go out.  It was freezing at the house and I had relatives that were staying over.  When I called Bres-Core and explained my situation, I was giving a very fast time frame which I appreciated.  They arrived as promised and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.  Even provided acquaintance tips and ran a few tests to make sure the problem does not creep back after they leave.
Overall, I received excellent service for a very fair price.  Bes-Core will be the first company I call for any future heating services.

They're absolutely awesome. Their business isn't that old but they are so customer service-oriented. When I had some problems with my air conditioner last summer in August, they came out literally at 10:30 on a Saturday night to fix it and then had to come back early on Sunday morning to finish.They responded to my phone calls literally at 10 o'clock on a Saturday night. They will get back to me and they will go out of their way to get to you as quickly as possible. I can't say anything more about them. They're just awesome. They're just commendable. They care about their clients. Their work is just exemplary. They always tell that if I had any problems to come back or to give them a call and I've never had to call them about anything that they've done. The cost is so reasonable. I've never been blown away by getting their bills. They're really flexible. They're phenomenal. I refer them out all the time.

Both partners (owners) of the business, Kyle & Jim were extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable coordinating the logoitics of installing three units on roof top. The whole job was accomplished without any hitches. They probably offered the best price, but the whole project was expensive through no fault of theirs.

Kyle provided excellent service. He responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, and corrected it.  He also suggested several other steps that we could take to help improve the flow of cool air through our home going forward. Very knowledgeable and skilled.

Kyle ,a partner at Brescore was first introduced to me as a subcontractor for the whole house generator that was being installed at my residence. I was impressed by his professionalism, efficiency & commitment to getting the work done. He came on a sunday, before his vacation to install the gas line so as not to hold up the whole process. Subsequently, I have used him at least 4 other times as HVAC to repairs various issues in my medical office & home. Both partners are extremely professional, friendly, prompt & most important sincere & honest. On one occasion, I was having a problem with one of the ACs in my home. He came promptly & could not find any HVAC issue as he did spend time to analyze the problem. He was convinced it was an electrical issue & even consulted with an electrician friend of his. The following day, he even tried to get me an appointment with the electrical contractor that installed my generator. As a courtesy, he declined payment of his service call. True enough, the problem was electrical in nature & the problem was resolved when the electrician came.
In summary, the two owners are knowlegeable, very professional, polite, honest & certainly performed for me above & beyond their call. I will continue to use their services for sure.
