 + -1 moreMy experience with this company was excellent. He spent 2 hours getting the virus removed from our PC, then installed virus protection software from our internet provider. He spent 1.5 hours trying to get the printer from DELL. He came out on the same day we called for service
Description of Work: I called for in-home service because the printer wasn't working. After checking the system, he found a virus on the computer. He removed the virus from the computer, worked on the printer problem, & found the printer was defective, so he called DELL & got them to give us a new printer even though it was 1 week out of warranty.
