We needed to add a 2nd level to the back of our house, which would consist of a new primary bedroom and ensuite spa bath. We interviewed a few contractors and were very impressed with Dave Rybinski's knowledge, professionalism, and enthusiasm! After the estimate visit, my wife and I said to each other, "That's our guy!", even before we had the quote in hand! That's how impressed we were. We couldn’t have selected a better contractor than Unique Construction. On-target and very fair pricing. Out-of-the box/creative solutions to any issue that might have arisen. Daily cleaning of the job site, which is important. Responsive, creative, attentive, timely, professional, honorable…not usually do you hear all of these terms being used at the same time to describe a contractor. It’s a tribute to Dave and his team. Dave took our dream addition design and made it a reality! It’s like living in a hotel suite equipped with a spa bathroom. A new suite of rooms, only 286 sq. ft. in size, yet it feels like it has always been part of the house, inside and out, and it adds so much presence and luxury to our home. Friends and family alike are in awe of the addition. Some are asking if they can stay at our B&B when we go away on vacation! We highly recommend Unique Construction to anyone!

He is great working with architects as well for large scale projects and very efficient with all aspects of jobs. Gorgeous results always!..... He is even building a new garage for a friend as I type this.

They were amazing with the whole process, they were able to accomplish a lot considering the pandemic. The quality, of their work was impeccable, they did what they said they were going to do and they did it when they said they where going to do it. And they communicated very well and the communication with them was great.

Dave and his crew are truly outstanding. All of his staff are polite and professional. We selected Unique after getting 3 quotes and meeting with the vendors. Dave's attention to detail and experience stood out and helped us get even more than we imagined. We joke that we're in a new house without even moving because the transformation was incredible. Our neighbors continue to comment on the house and several have asked for Unique's contact information for work they need done. We are already in the process of bringing Unique back to do several other jobs for us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We hired Unique Constructions after considering 2 other contractors. We wanted to convert our living room into a bedroom with attached full bathroom (originally a half bathroom) and a closet. We upgraded 2 existing bathrooms with new vanities and standing showers. We also changed the back-splash in the kitchen. We needed all of this done fairly quickly. In fact, they finished everything one day before the deadline, and within budget. Everyone at Unique Constructions was polite, easy to work with, and punctual. Their work was seamless, clean, and shows they have been doing this for many years. We would highly recommend them for any big or small projects you are considering.
