Appointments with Dr. Sujatha Shankar are easy to get whenever we need but there is about an hour wait time, she takes good care of my daughter, and she's prompt in responding to questions. The billing and administration never ask for money upfront.

She is my regular pediatrician. The visit was good. It's just that the wait time is a lot. Everything is good except for the wait time. The waiting period is definitely not a good thing. They need to improve their amenities and it has to be more kid friendly. There are magazines all over the place and my son always goes for them. He then takes them down on the floor and there are no toys in the waiting area. The sick and the healthy kids are not kept separate either. That's another thing that bothers me a lot especially when the wait time is more; the kids are going to be waiting there for a longer time. If the waiting area is kid friendly, it would be an easier task for us to wait there with the kids. The punctuality is great but she works at two different locations. If she has a lot of patients in the waiting line in one location and her next stop would be the other location where I would be at, then she is late. The staff friendliness is good. The nurses are really good. Everything else was good. We will use her services again in the future.

Everything went very good. She is very knowledgeable and efficient. She really listens to you and doesn't rush you at all. She is very patient and follows up with her patients.
