I have always been a proponent of dealing with local companies and avoiding the big box stores. We went to SeeMore and purchased a stackable Electrolux washer & dryer in late Nov and received delivery in Dec. The first 60 days or so were fine. Then the problems started.... After about 2 months, the dryer stopped working. The drum assembly had to be replaced. That took several weeks from beginning to end. Now, just into the 5th month since delivery, the washing machine is down. Electrolux has sent 2 differnet service companies that diagnosed the problem as a cracked outer drum but both refused to fix it. It is too big a job and the washer should be replaced. Electrolux sent a 3rd company that was scheduled to fix the washer, but only showed up only prepared to diagnose the problem. Again, for the 3rd time. The washer has been down now for 4 weeks and we are looking at another 3 weeks for just the parts before it can even get scheduled for a teardown/rebuild with a new drum. Since the very first signs of an issue, we conacted SeeMore. Their only response was to give us Electrolux's service number, along with some local service companies numbers, and pointed us to the door. They wanted NOTHING to do with helping us get the problems fixed. We are on our own, and you will be too if/when anything goes wrong.

They checked that it was working properly and provided a good explanation of why the issue occurred and later resolved itself. They provided peace of mind and knowledge that my appliance is working properly. The fee for the visit was all I paid. They arrived when they said they would, were polite and considerate and demonstrated competence. I would call them again.

I bought a new dishwasher and had it installed. They use their own installers and they did a great job. Price, friendliness, helpfulness, could not be beat. Much better than the big box stores. My go-to place for all appliances.

The sales associate Jelitza was so nice and helpful. She helped us select the appliances and provided me with all the rebate forms. I checked their prices against Home Depot and PC Richard, Beat their prices by $100-$300 per appliance.

It was about $2000 including the tax and installation. We were looking for a stove; we first went to other places; we would have had to have waited 2 or 3 weeks for it and I just happened to remember them, I had used them in the past. I gave them a call. I had the stove installed the next day. It cost 25% less than it would have cost at one of the big stores. Today, I just ordered another appliance from them and I am getting it on Wednesday.

We purchased LG Kitchen Appliances, Whirlpool clothes washer and dryer from Seemore. They worked with us to pick the right appliances to fit our requirement, gave best price with most rebates. The appliances were delivered as promised. We installed them on our own.

Excellent people. They recommended an Electrolux refrigerator and it is very good except for one small issue with freezer drawer not closing properly. I called them to see what to do about the problem and they were very professional and punctual in taking the steps to see what the problem is. They are sending out a tech tomorrow, so we'll see. But excellent customer service because I can get someone on the phone and they responded promptly.

I bought a dishwasher from them and they installed it as well.  The showroom staff was helpful and knowledgeable and the installer was professional and neat.

Love See=More's. Salespeople are fabulous. Installers are excellent.Everyone in the store couldn't be more helpful.Prices are very competitive,often lower by a considerable amount, compared to Big Box stores in my area. Service is wonderful.I needed to move my delivery of ordered appliances up because of cancelled vacation plans and it was not a problem.Ken is wonderful to work with.He offers very good advice. Gary was great at securing an emergency delivery of a new washing machine when our old one broke unexpectedly. Installers (Jim and-Danny) were super.  Great experience all around. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

I was very pleased with Seemore's installation service. I called yesterday to set up an appointment for installation of the A/C wall unit I had previously purchased, and they were able to make an appointment on that short notice. The unit was installed in a condo I rent out, and my tenant reported that the people who did the installation were in and out in a very short amount of time. When I purchased the unit several weeks before, they were also honest with me about pricing options, finding me a unit that would fit the dimensions that was several hundred dollars lower than the same brand as the one that was already in the wall.
I would definitely recommend this company again.

I shopped online for the prices for LG washer and dryer.  I looked at Sears, Home Depot, PC Richard and See More. After narrowing it down to Home Depot and See-More, I e mailed See More and asked for their best price.  They beat Home Depot.  I then called about delivery and financing.  Delivery and removal of old appliances is always free.  I asked about financing and was told they offered 90 day but when I said I needed to stretch out the payments longer, they came through with 12 month financing for me.  Gary and Mark were both very helpful and the delivery men were on time, efficient, and very courteous.  I'm very happy with See More's sales and delivery procedures.

They were courteous and respectful when they brought the appliance in. I am very happy with them. They are the very best. I have told all my friends about them.

What I like the most about them is their prices.  They are far lower in price than the large retail outlets!

I am very pleased with this seller.  They were HONEST with me from the start about what they could do and how fast they could do it.  I found this store after asking for recommendations, and I received many positive reports.  I would say that all the good reviews were well deserved!  I was satisfied and pleased in every respect.  I would go to them again for my appliance needs, and not go to a large chain store in the future.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE PEOPLE WHO CAME OUT AND TRIED TO FIX OUR APPLIANCES. WE WERE ALSO HAPPY WITH THE INSTALLATION BECAUSE THEY CLEANED OUT THE AREA WHERE THEY TOOK OUT THE OLD APPLIANCES BEFORE THEY INSTALLED OUR NEW ONES. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS.
