On June 1st Mark cashed our check and we haven't heard from him since. At that time he told us that he needed to help a friend with some work at the friend's house, and would return in about 2 weeks to our job. Unbeknownst to us, he agreed to work on a friend's bathroom. She was extremely dissatisfied with his work. He is not returning our numerous calls to his cell phone, and we have no address or land line phone number for him. Our neighbors, who originally recommended him, have said that he is experiencing personal problems. We just want our $2500 deposit back. As it is, we are out the money and we have no railings or balusters on our porch (very hazardous w/ 2 small children).
