I did a major renovation in 2010 and hired Mark as architect. He did excellent job and helped us during our project providing valuable guidance throughout the construction phase. We have been enjoying our home for 5 years now and one of the key features of the project is 33' open span supporting entire second floor. Mark's design has held up pretty well. I would highly recommend Mark.

Soon upon hiring Mark, I realized he lacks creativity and detail. He made mistakes in measuring, and neglected to account for support of an exterior wall, which crumbled down during excavation. He recognized the support should had been reflected on the drawings initially, but regardless charged me for the required drawing amendments. When I provided him feedback, he exploded and quit the project (I had already paid him in full). This architect made the experience extremely stressful and expensive. I later found out from some of his past clients that this behavior is common for him.

Mark is excellent. He is still working on our project.

Mark and Christina were timely, pleasant and had great ideas and suggestions. Mark met every deadline as specified, and even 'stayed by the cell' the night of our township variance hearing in case the Board needed further information. The kitchen is beautiful..he even provided a list of three contractors he's been pleased with.. We got all three blind bids and we opened and discussed the bids with him at our house. The contractor we chose was wonderful..the best in the world!! You hear so many horror stories with home improvements ~ we have the best kitchen/dining room and deck, we can't believe it's ours!! We'd him again!

The firm did split up during my job, but absolutely professional. Got the job done in the very quick turn around that I required. Gave me 6 copies of the design so had them for future if needed. No skimping. Made appointments as well as a deadline. Great experience. Would use for future projects and definitely would recommend.

Mark had great ideas and gave his time freely. He drew up a nice drawing and we are hoping to use his design when we get the funding. He is a good listener and analyzed our needs and incorporated our needs into his design.
