Two plumbers came to my house on time. I told them what the problems were. They checked and give me the price quote. The price is reasonable. It took about one and a half hours for them to finish to jobs. Jon and the other plumber cleaned up and collected all garbage. They are very courtesy and professional.

I've used Mandell several times over the last ten years. They've always been reliable and professional. They come when they say they will, they do the work quickly, and clean up. They are expensive, but I think plumbing in general is expensive and I don't think their price is out of line. I had to call another company recently when I needed the kitchen drain snaked in the middle of a kitchen reno, and the other company charged far more than Mandell.

Called Mandell and several other companies for an estimate for a bathroom remodel. I planned to work with them based on price and knowledgeability, but then a family member was able to do the work for me instead at cost. I called them for the problem with the kitchen sink based on the experience I had with them in getting the bathroom estimate, and I would work with them again for other plumbing needs.

Company responded in a timely manner, returned phone call as they'd said they would and appeared on time for the appt. My sole complaint was with the price, $170, which to me seemed quite steep for a repair that took at most a half hour and required no parts. I was a bit surprised as well because a number of previous reviewers had commented favorably on the prices they'd been charged.

We thought that their price was a little high and they didn’t give us an estimate before they started the work. We had used them before and they were reasonably priced. However for the job that they did recently I thought that the price was high. Their quality of work was fine and their responsiveness was good.
