He was given the full amount upfront. But, he only completed half of the job and did not keep his appointment on 2 occasions. Did not respond to several calls or messages. Very unprofessional.

The Provider was very professional.  My call was taken quickly, and within a short time the broken window was looked at.
I received a fair quote (had shopped around earlier).  But I was also given great lead time; I was promised that the window would be replaced within a couple of hours.  Glass by Nelson kept their promise & delivered on time.  I would definitely call them again (hopefully for a project and not another broken window!).

He sent somebody here that didn't know what they were doing. The owner was extremely hard to get a hold and when the job was finished he did not install the pegs like he had suggested and I had paid for. I have tried to rectify the situation but he has been extremely rude and impossible to get a hold of. I just want my glass installed correctly.

Nelson was prompt, courteous and had my mirror replaced within hours of first contacting him. I would recommend his work.

Excellent experience. Right from the moment he picked up the phone to understand my need, to inspection, price finalization and finally execution; had nothing but great experience. Was a pleasure to interact with. Most economical, yet perfect quality delivered. Took full ownership of the project, and made sure fitting and cleanup was immaculate. Extremely friendly, flexible and a delight to engage with.

Nelson cut a new mirror for the remodeled bathroom in my house. He came on a friday, measured and installed on a saturday. My wife were very pleased with his work and love the new mirror. He made several suggestions based upon his last several jobs. We had concerns about his suggestions and he convinced us it would look right and we was right. We are glad we listen to Nelson and are very happy with the work he peroformed for us. We would use him again in the future.

He was very responsive and very courteous. He came in very quickly. It was a quick turnaround from when I called him to when he came. He did the job on the spot and then he had to come back another time for something else, but he came back when he said he would and finished off the job then. He was very professional.

Highly recommended. Very professional. Punctual and reasonably priced. The quality of his work was excellent.

A man came out and measured the window. When the glass arrived he came out and found it was the wrong size. New glass was ordered. When it arrived they came out and installed it. I found that the window no longer opened. When I called the company I had to insist that there was a problem. Ultimately they came out and reinstalled the window. The glass was dirty.

I found him here on angies list. I was very suprised how HAPPY and comfortable he/his company made me. He showed up early. He was polite, professional and friendly. He did his measurments, and had my glass with in the same day. UNBELIEVABLE! AND AWESOME would be some of the words I would use to describe him and his service. HIS PRICES WERE JUST RIGHT, AND FAIR!

I would def use Glass by Nelson again for my future glass needs. I asked to have a small piece of furniture glass replaced and a Kitchen table piece of glass madE for our kitchen table. Both pieces look great. The coffee table glass looks like the original did, only better because its not cracked and taped anymore!

The glass for the kitchen table looks great! It gave our table a new look, the something it was missing. Please consider using him for you glass needs!
