They are reliable, they come every week. I think that they do a good job. They trim the lawn. The price is competitive with other companies. Every time I call, they call right back. I haven't had to call them very often though.

After the driveway was repaved, there were numerous large puddles after each rainstorm, which took days to evaporate.   We had zero puddles in our old driveway.  I called DCR to have repairs made.  They sent out a crew twice, but the paving job is still lousy, with an uneven surface and puddles.
I withheld the final $500 installment, but in January I paid it after being assured by Henry, the paving supervisor, that as soon as it got warm in the spring, they would be back to smooth out the surface.  They never contacted me, and have not
returned any of my follow-up phone calls, even after I said I would post a bad review here unless thay got in touch and made things right.
Do not use this company; they cannot be trusted.

We are pleased with the new patio. DCR arrived on time the day of the job. They were professional and stayed until the job was complete. They cleaned up afterward. 
However it did take almost 2 months after we accpeted the quote to get scheduled.

 Brian came for to give us the quote and said we would get a quote via email within a few days.  Brian was very professional and even urged us to get other quotes.  The quote never came through; however, when I called the office they forwarded it to me immediately.  Henry and his crew were excellent.  They came to remove the driveway and worked with the instructions on the permit from the town.  Then a few weeks later they came back and paved.  They were very professional, friendly and helpful.  I would definitely use DCR again.

Brian from DCR came to our house to give an estimate for a new driveway, walkway, and driveway apron. While he was at my house, Brian acted professionally and did show up as scheduled. He said he would get the estimate to me at a later date, and he never did. If he didn't want to do the job, he should have been upfront. Instead he wasted my time and left me with a bad impression of DCR. 

From when they arrived to give me a quote to the job being done they were excellent. They were ontime, courteous and very professional.  They even gave me back a discount when I changed plans and not redo the concrete sidewalk at the end of my driveway after I found out the town was redoing it anyway. Getting the discount wasn't the big deal but not having to ask for it to get it was what I thought good customer service.

No work performed, they couldn't be bothered to even give a quote.

The whole process went smoothly. They started the job on time & finished as estimated. The guys moved these big rocks that were around my driveway to another part of the yard. They dug up the existing gravel driveway. While digging they accidently hit a drainage pipe & repaired it with no problem. They took away the dug up material. They made the transition from my paver walkway to the driveway nice. They made the driveway level.

DCR had the best quote (out of 3, including a non-profit). The team of 5 men arrived on time and worked so hard all day and got the job completely done in about 9 hours. The sidewalk and walkway look great. They also had to grind some tree roots, which they didn't know they would have to do (another company was supposed to do that part, but it wasn't coordinated), but they had everything on hand and were able to do it between removal and laying new concrete. They did leave some concrete that had spilled between the sidewalk and the road and it took them a while to come back and remove it, but eventually they did. I would use them again and recommend them - overall the work looks great and their prices were the best.

Fantastic work!!!!!! Received a phone call from the Head Supervisor of the Driveway/Paving team around 4pm to inform me they will arrive the next day. Well at 7:30am, Henry and a full-load of crew with their DCR uniforms arrived with plenty amount of trucks to begin working. They greeted us and told us what to expect on day one, day and began working. They measured the driveway to the proper specifications and began digging out and removing the old driveway and the other side that was all grass. They excavated extremely deep which was good. They worked for about a day and a half or mid-day and continually follow-ed up with us throughout the entire project. Anytime we had questions Henry was there to answer them and ensured we were heard. Even if I called him and left a message, within 30 minutes I received a call back. Extremely professional, extremely responsible and now a month later our new double-wide driveway looks fabulous! They even came back and re-seeded some areas of lawn where they had to remove grass. Great crew and I would use them again for further landscape or paving needs.

Wow, I was very impressed with these guys. I played dumb when I got the estimates (5 total) and Doug sounded the most knowledgeable and honest. Their estimate was the second highest ($10,285). When I saw the written estimate I was more impressed. It laid everything out in detail. It took about a month before work could start due to all the rain postponing other jobs, but it was well worth it. Henry's crew came in and did the demolition work, excavating, and laying down of gravel . They skillfully used a bulldozer with backhoe and did a nice job laying the Belgian block. They accidentally broke an expensive hinge on my gate and quickly owned up to it and bought a replacement set. They realized that I would need a retaining wall due to the difference in elevation because of the steep grade of my property. It made sense and we accepted the updated estimate right away (they credited the Belgian block that would not be used on the retaining wall side of the driveway). Netty's crew then came in and compacted the pulverized stone (they don't use sand, which I hear can erode quickly and cause the pavers to shift). They laid the pavers for the walkways and patio. Made steps to the garge and built the retaining wall. They did a beautiful job. Everything flowed and they made curves and elevation changes seamless. These guys are highly skilled and you can tell right away that they want to do the job right. They use Capitol Concrete materials, which is teh sam color all the way through. They even moved my topsoil around to low spots and seeded and fertilized. I am waiting a few weeks for them to return and lay the asphalt. I am already thinking about projects I want them to do next year. The project took four days, about a day more than I expected.

They did a great job and we hired them based on other work we have seen them do in this area. We would recommend them.

DCR Landscaping & Construction Incorporated was a mixed experience. They cut the stone in a way that created dust, so my neighbor had to go to the hospital. They didn't care and just laughed. The neighbor got the city to come out and talk to them, but it did not do any good. They were rude and difficult to work with. One of the drains that they installed broke and our basement got flooded.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY CAME BACK WHEN WE NEEDED THEM. THE PRICES ARE BETTER THAN AVERAGE. THEY WERE NEVER LATE AND THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR FIRST CALL. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM MANY TIMES.
