Window Treatment Service
It took weeks. From early June to mid July. To schedule the measure. I was informed repeatedly of the nature of the measuring costs so I totally understood that they were independent contractors, and that it was $40 to measure one window or
all of them, so I had him measure all the windows when we finally got someone there. But I was completely taken by
surprise by the install costs. $60 for the one window, which took the guys five minutes to install. I would have had a handyman do that while he was here to work on the basement windows or something and paid nothing extra. Since I don't want to ever use
you guys again, my $80 shade now cost $180. Certainly not the best price out there. And I'm furious. I called the store back, and they kept insisting that Elouise had told me. My point is, I wasn't told. I wasn't told when I ordered the blinds, I wasn't told when we scheduled the install, and nobody has yet apologized. This is appalling customer service and no amount of "low prices" makes up for the inefficient install process or lack o f customer care.
