Description of Work: South Jersey Property Damage repaired severe water damage and wet rot in the foundation of my home. They were clean, courteous, professional and they were very reasonably priced. I would use them for any work that I need done in the future and I have already, and will continue to, recommend them to neighbors, friends and family. This was honestly the first 100% positive experience I've had with a contractor.

Description of Work: So far I've just gotten an estimate for an addition but they have been working with my mortgage company and I to get our project going. I can't speak on a finished product but so far I am very pleased and am continuing to work with them.

 + 3 moreThey were great! Owner is very friendly, knowledgeable, and works with you and your insurance to get your issue resolved. Quality of the work was reasonably good. He followed up and stopped by to check on the work of his team and even made sure they cleaned up properly after the work was completed. His team was great too, polite, timely and methodical. I would definitely recommend this company for any water related damages. They are a nice one stop shop!
Description of Work: Vendor performed emergency services to dry out crawl space and stop new mold growth caused by a leak in hot water heater. Once insurance had come out to access damages, they tore up all of the tile in the kitchen, hallway and bath and replaced underlayment that was damaged and molded. Tore out and replaced all impacted insulation in crawl space after properly cleaning and sealing the floor joists. They also replaced damaged sheet rock in under stair closet where hot water heater is located.

 + 6 moreThis company was awesome, they came right out to give me an estimate. The work was done professionally but quickly. They needed to replace sub-flooring, insulation and carpeting and tile work and the house is good as new. I was so pleased with every aspect of their service and cannot recommend them strongly enough.
Description of Work: Provided restoration and replacement after a broken pipe in the house impacted the kitchen, dining and living room.
