They're really quick at coming out. They won't tell you they need to fix something unless it actually needs to be fixed. They're really honest.

The cost was about $250 for freon. I have an old unit and so, that was for freon. I gave them a C for price because I have a service warranty with them and my expectation would not be to pay for the freon. I was pleased with them pretty much overall, it was just the pricing for the freon that kind of disturbed me. I have been a customer with them for a very long time and I have had their service agreement for a very long time.

I have a contract with the gas company, so they come and fix my appliances. I like them because it doesn't cost once I pay them the fee, no matter how many times they come out. I don't pay them anything when they come. It is like a warranty thing. They send different for every different type of appliance. The person who came for the refrigerator doesn't come for the heater, but that is fine. They come right away.

So far, I haven't had any problems. Public Service is where we get our utilities, so we get this as an extra service that we pay extra for. I've had some technicians that went over and beyond, but some technicians haven't been as good. However, I will call the company and they will send new technicians.
