The work went ok however the cost was ridiculous; ABC Discount Appliance recommended 'Let It Shine' when I purchased the unit and quoted the installation at $180. Michael charged me $546.85 when the work was completed. He came out to my house to look at the job ahead of time and never mentioned an up-charge or provided a revised estimate. I had already removed the old unit (approx 1/3 of the job). The job took him approx 2 hrs, as a floor had been installed after the original dishwasher resulting in a 1/4 inch height restriction. He did some minor electrical work, everything else about the job was standard (water supply and drain line). He laughed when I questioned the final bill and said it would be more if I lived in Philly.
