Mr. Hopkins and his assistant arrived on time and immediately proceeded to begin their work. They were able to remove the old tub in its entirety without the mess of cutting or breaking it apart, and had the new one in place in an amazingly short period of time. All this was done so quietly that I was unaware of their progress, even though I was sitting just several feet away in the the next room. Within 2-1/2 hours they had installed and secured the new tub, and water-tested a new drain installation, thereby completing the job we had requested. They cleaned up the work area thoroughly before leaving and were courteous throughout the job. We had obtained several other estimates for this project, but Mr. Hopkins completed the work in about 1/2 the time that all other providers anticipated. His quoted price was in line with what we hoped to spend for this project, and there were no surprises when the final bill was presented. We are extremely happy with the efficiency and quality of the work performed by Hopkins Plumbing & Heating, and they will be the first provider we call when we need plumbing services in the future.
