ENLIGHTENED INVESTORS CONTRACTORS

Did Not Go...AT ALL I have been trying to reach the owner of this outfit by the only means that they provided me and that was by text messaging. The owner visited my home per my request in early May 2017 and they brought 2 male workers in tow. The three of them came through my home; ostensibly to measure the ceiling for possible sheet rock renewal; which I had not asked asked directly about. The images I provided to them were merely to show what had occured to my roof; where their expertise supposedly lay. I noted that they did not have anything more then paper and writing instrument (NO tape measure) and were asking one of the workers in tow, to eyeball how much sheetrock for the job. NOTE again, that I did not ask them specifically to rehab my home. They over - assumed I am still not sure why the owner brought 2 others with her into my home. NOTE though as a Licensed Contractor even as an LLC, I trusted that they would be bonded. While watching as they were measuring, one of the workers I had briefly lost sight of him. I have asked the owner if they knew where he was doing that walk - through. When the three of then exited my home, he exited my home and did not look at me once; even as he came down the stairs from my second floor and walked directly past me; head down. My entreaties to have the owner contact me since then have gone totally unanswered by the owner. For some reason, they have refused to contact me (as they said they would) and the only thing that makes any sense whatsoever was their last visit to my home where I let them enter. I strongly suggested to the owner of "Enlightened Investors Contracting" (A minority, female business) to follow up with me in person, on this issue. As of this date, they have not and it has been over a month. Very Displeased, Disappointed and P'Oed Homeowner
