The company was very responsive. I submitted a request for quote via their website on Saturday. The following Monday morning I was contacted to ask about what needed to be done. That evening Dan came out, looked over the house, including climbing onto the roof to view the damaged areas. We talked with him about the other items that needed to be done. He took notes and said that he'd give us an itemized quote that showed each area that we talked about and how much that item would cost. That Friday I received the quote via email. The quote was exactly as described. The following Monday I called Dan and said we'd like to have everything done on the quote. At the time he was working on the schedule. So, he said he'd let us know that night when the work would be performed. That evening I received a text saying the workers would be out Thursday and Friday.
Thursday morning the men came out. While working on the rotting wood on the front porch, they found more damage. Dan called me to tell me what they found and I told him to go ahead and replace all of the damaged wood.
The workers didn't complete the job until Saturday. However, once they were done I was very pleased with the results. There were some areas around the yard where there was some pieces of trash left, paint spots on the grass and paint scrapings in the driveway. However, these were fairly minor. Overall, the site was left generally clean.
The final bill was about $800 more than was quoted due to the extra work that needed to be done on the front porch.
The final invoice was sent via email and provided a convenient link to a secure online site which allowed me to pay the bill by credit card.
Overall, I was very happy with their professionalism, their responsiveness and their quality of work. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again myself.

Prior to settlement on our new home, work had to be done to the roof downspouts by seller. Approx. 6 months after moving in, part of the downspouts came apart. I called the company that provided the work to the seller. I talked to Dan, the owner/manager of Capstone Property Services, and explained what the problem was. He was very professional and courteous toward me during the conversation. He stated he would send someone out within the week. As stated by Dan, Mike Long came to the house to preform the work. He was also very courteous and professional, and knowledgeable. To make a long story short, he did the job and then some to other parts of the house. He gave me a very good impression of himself and his knowledge.
I asked him for his card and when I needed work done to add a storm door to my sun room, I gave them a call. They promptly came out and gave me an estimate. I gave them the go a head and the rest is history. I would call them back in a minute if I needed work done to my home. I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. They are the best!!

I contacted Dan for a quote and within a few days had one in hand. Marco spent two days installing the panels and did and excellent job explaining what would be done. Answered all my questions and even went out of his way to run a few circuits in the living area.
