 + -1 moreOverall it went very well. The sheetrock work took longer than expected but the finished product was worth the wait.
Description of Work: George painted and repaired our bedroom walls and ceiling as well as our hallway ceiling. Our house is over 80 years old so the walls and ceiling are plaster. George was able to repair sections of the wall and ceiling with sheetrock.

Description of Work: Gut workout room in garage to studs.Reframe new ceiling to 8 ft.Install new insulation, walls and ceiling.Install new electical outlets, along with new heating & air heat pump system. Install new dry wall, crown molding, floor trim,new paint on walls & ceiling, new carpet & padding.Remove siding on back of garage and install cedar shakes.Install new french door. Used dumpster for all debris.

 + 0 moreWe found an ad in 'The Retrospect', a local paper. George Bittner gave us one of three bids for this project and his was the best. He was also able to begin the work in a short period of time. He kept us informed throught the entire process and the work was done when he promised. George is true professional who we have recommended to family and friends. We were blown away with the finished product. He did such an amazing job, we could not be happier.
Description of Work: We had a powder completely gutted and remodeled. This included drywall, paint, tile floor, and new fixtures.

 + 0 moreThis was a large basement-approximately 45 x 20 unfinished area. The work progressed smoothly with the framing and bathroom installation completed first. The framing allowed for storage concealed behind solid wooden doors, which was aesthetically very pleasing and a great suggestion by George Bittner. His manner was very professional and he offered many suggestions we had not considered ourselves. The work was done on schedule and exceeded our expectations. We have already planned to use Bittner & Sons for our next remodeling project!
Description of Work: Fully finished the basement in addition to adding a bathroom and storage which involved framing, insulation, dry wall, paint, carpeting, trim work, crown molding, bathroom tile work, and oversized sliding glass door installation with tile entryway. The contractor also installed, surround sound, recessed lighting and a flat screen TV to finish off the room.
