The work itself was good because Jose Amaya did it (their number 1 guy.) 2 years later when we called with a report of flooding they said they'd come and look at it. But then later called to say the NY office closed and the Pennsylvania office wasn't responsible for the warranty, the manager/owner of the NY office was. We called him and he said "who's on your contract?" "Basement Doctor," we replied. He said he's in a dispute with them about warranty, and now so are we. We've submitted a report with BBB which went unresolved and are now going with the Attorney General.

The installation appeared to have gone okay, then I realized they had dug the drain below the water table level, so it never stopped filling the pump, they never terminated 6 feet from the house as per contract, so water is now running down the outside wall, through the concrete and back into the pump. Received no on-site response to my problems from them.
