Description of Work: My initial impression of Kevin Garrigan was very favorable, compared to the numerous other contractors I had dealings with. He has an impressive website, he appeared very accommodating and his quote was fair for building a deck at my rental property. It was a very simple job (13'x17', ptl, no steps, permit already approved). However, he soon became disinterested with my project and did not return emails. After confirming a scheduled appointment to finalize the contract at my site, he walked off the job without giving me the courtesy of a phone call or leaving me a note. 10 minutes after our scheduled appt., I called him to see if he was lost or just running late and he responded very rudely to me that he had "already come by earlier and checked out the site... I knocked on the door and nobody was home... this job is not for me, it looks too complicated... too much going on".
