I have gone here for my regular service at 50k miles, 75k miles, etc. They have also done all my oil changes and put new tires on my car.

HAD BOUGHT A NEW CAR FROM THIS DEALER IN 2005 WENT BACK TO BUY ANOTHER NEW CAR. THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY INCOMPETENT AS SHE HAD NO IDEA ABOUT THE PRODUCT WE WANTED WHICH WAS ALL EXPLAINED ON THE INTERENT. WE WERE TELLING HERE ALL ABOUT THIS NEW CAR COMING OUT IN SEPT 2012 SHE ALSO DIDN'T EVEN COME WITH US ON A TEST DRIVE OF A SIMILAR MODEL CAR, SO WE WERE ON OUR OWN TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WE COULD ABOUT THE CAR. FINALLY AND THE WORST THING SEE DID WAS WHEN WE CAME BACK INSIDE TO SIT AND TALK WITH HER SHE AT THE VERY LEAST GAVE US MISS INFORMATION . I WOULD NOT GO HERE TO BUY A CAR. WE WENT DOWN THE ROAD TO ANOTHER DEALER AND BOUGHT THE CAR. THE CAR WE WANTED WAS A NEW 2013 MODEL

My wife's 2004 allroad has 170,000 miles and needed an oil change. My wife made an appointment last week to have the service performed while she waited and all went well. Advisor told her that the car was due for a state inspection so he saved her from geting a ticket. This car was purched used from this dealer in 2006 with 32,000 miles. We are very happy with Audi of Bernardsville.
