This turned out to be amateur night. Low quality air conditioning unit, very sloppy installation work - which has been confirmed by other HVAC people, . The comment by one PSE&G person was "who the h*** did this?" The air conditioner, makes a constant bearing noise which Williams ( and the manufacturer) ignore, the ductwork has been labeled un-professional. Even though I had them come back three times, nothing was ever corrected. I called Williams based on a very positive experience we had years before. The problem is the owner no longer comes out, leaving the jobs to very, in my opinion, poorly skilled workman. Although this review is several years after the initial work ( just joined Angie's List) I felt it necessary to write it. I was told by the owner, Bill, that the guy who did the work is no longer there. Good luck.
